AvailiTime integrates with Microsoft Outlook to allow you to share your availability automatically. After installation, the AvailiTime button will be added to your Microsoft Outlook Toolbar so that you can quickly view your contacts availability.
When your schedule changes, Availitime will transmit your new availability to your contacts automatically.
The availability of your AvailiTime contacts will be displayed in the outlook meeting scheduler. Because this works when you don't have an internet connection, your AvailiTime contacts will always show you their last known schedules.
If you use more than one calendar, AvailiTime can easily be configured to use any or all of them.
The basic AvailiTime service is free, and includes free web-based technical
support.
